The Harland TBL 300 Series top and bottom labelers from BW Packaging offer an efficient solution for labeling the tops, sides, or bottoms of products. Designed as wipe-on applicators, these labelers can also perform corner wraps and side stamps. They can easily integrate with your existing packaging line or be provided with custom-designed product handling systems from BW Packaging.

These high-performance machines offer exceptional versatility, capable of applying a variety of pressure-sensitive labels, including thin films, clear films, hang-tabs, sensormatic/checkpoint tags, coupons, and booklet-style labels. With advanced web control, the labelers ensure precise label placement every time.

The user-friendly rotatable operator interface allows for easy operation, whether you're right or left-handed. Thanks to their modular design, these labelers can be configured to meet specific application needs, and with three drives, they offer both speed and accuracy.

Additional features include a 400 mm (16”) power-assisted label roll unwind with tension control, a stepper drive for consistent label feeding, and an innovative collapsible rewind for swift waste liner removal. The built-in microprocessor provides auto-diagnosis and status messages for seamless monitoring, while optional connectivity options like Ethernet and USB make remote setup and parameter backup simple.
